Back Pain
Four out of five people will be crippled by backache at sometime in their lives. Painkillers usually only relieve the pain temporarily, but cannot cure the cause of the pain.
In the Chinese medical book, 'The Yellow Emperor's Inner Cannon', written 2,000 years ago, it says, 'The back is the mansion of the kidney. If the back cannot move, it means the kidney is weak.'
Treatment of Backache with Traditional Chinese Medicine
The first principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment is to tonify the deep energies in the body using acupuncture point Bladder 23 and herbal patents to tonify the kidney.
Treatment of back pain using this method is highly effective and provides a lasting solution to the problem. Vivienne Outram uses a special technique developed in China which allows the back muscle to relax at a deep level. Treatment will need to be for 4-6 weeks. Patience pays dividends.
